The 28th Annual Steel Symposium & International Steel Exhibition

The 28th Annual Steel Symposium, organized by the Iron & Steel Society of Iran in collaboration with domestic steel manufacturers, is held annually in an industrial city. This year, the event will take place in Isfahan from October 27 to 29, 2026.

The symposium brings together key players in the steel industry for three days, including top executives from the public sector, major steel producers (state-owned, semi-private, and private), related companies, upstream and downstream industries, experts, and more. The event aims to:

• Discuss recent research findings,
• Address obstacles and challenges,
• Explore business opportunities, and
• Develop strategies to achieve industry goals.

Alongside the symposium, the 28th International Steel Exhibition will be held to showcase the latest innovations and industrial advancements in hardware and software used in the upstream and downstream sectors of steel production.

The previous International Steel Exhibition, held on Kish Island from October 28 to 30, 2025, spanned 21,000 square meters and featured participation from 250 domestic companies and 25 foreign companies from countries including Germany, Italy, France, Turkey, India, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Japan, and China.
