Terms and Regulation

1. The exhibition is located in Kish International Exhibition Center with a distance of 7 Km from symposium place (Kish International convention Center).
2. The corridor’s width is 3 meters which shall never be reduced under any circumstances.
3. The priority of booth reservation will only be based on the date of registration and payment. (according to Form no.4)
4. There will be no refund after payments.
5. For each 12-meter booth, one table, 2 chairs, one electricity plug, sufficient light, and a name plate in both Persian and English will be provided. (More number mentioned items will be available for a large booths)
6. 100 percent of the rent must be paid in cash or by company checks at the time of registration.
7. Basic information of the present companies (name, field of activity, address, phone number, fax number, email, and web-site) will be printed in the exhibition’s book in Persian and English.
8. The secretariat has no responsibility regarding giving gifts or bags of books to the exhibitors.
9. 40 invitation cards will be sent to all present companies 15 days before the exhibition’s opening, so that they can invite their special guests.
10. Considering the fact that all information on Form no.3 will be mentioned on the exhibition book, please fill this form accurately (it is better to fill it up by typing).
11. Foreign companies, their agencies in Iran or those who have foreign visitors, must email us their passport copies until 20 ^th September 2024.

12. Exhibition is opening date: 22 ^th October .2024
13. Dismantling time of booths is: 25^th October 2024.

15. Article1: no exhibitor will be allowed to dismantle or take any items out of the exhibition before 8 AM on 25^th October .2024
